December 11, 2024 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Executive Director Lori Cummings provided an update on cold weather shelters as requested at <br />the last meeting. She provided an update on streaming of future Council meetings. She also <br />provided an update on Hope N Wellness as requested by Council Member Vogeli. <br /> <br />Mayor Franklin also provided an update on Faith Family Village and community services. <br /> <br />Council Member Rhyne requested additional information regarding the decision to have the <br />library be closed during the same days and times. <br /> <br />Council Member Fosse requested additional information from Snohomish County regarding cold <br />weather shelters. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />Deputy City Attorney Ramsey Ramerman had no comment. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8108 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$4,768,934.07 for the period ending November 23, 2024, through November 29, 2024. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED - WATER QUALITY RETROFIT/IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. WQC-2022-EverPW-00030 <br />with Department of Ecology to extend the grant expiration date. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED - ON-CALL SERVICES <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 of the Professional Services Agreement with <br />Transpo Group USA, Inc. for on-call services limited to $150,000. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - 2008 GMC T8500 SURPLUS <br />
