<br />5 <br /> <br /> <br />iii. Data Storage <br /> <br />1. All Registration Information that is inputted through the Website <br />will be stored within the Software so that the Registration <br />Information may be accessed by the Organization, DocuPet <br />Personnel and other persons authorized by the Pet Owner. <br /> <br />iv. Website Support <br /> <br />1. DocuPet agrees to provide to the Organization ongoing support <br />and maintenance of the Website, including updates and access to <br />future versions of the Website. Support and maintenance for the <br />Website includes: ongoing problem identification, resolution <br />services, and correction of programming errors. <br />2. Should the Organization request customizations to DocuPet’s <br />Website functionality, additional fees may apply. The Organization <br />will be notified in advance if such fees are to be incurred and work <br />will not begin until a total sum for the customization(s) has been <br />agreed upon. DocuPet reserves the right to refuse Website <br />functionality customization requests. <br /> <br />c. Account Support <br /> <br />i. DocuPet will be responsible for: <br /> <br />1. Overseeing and managing DocuPet’s obligations under this <br />Agreement; <br />2. Conducting the necessary tasks to implement the Services outlined <br />in this Agreement; and <br />3. Answering the Organization’s queries and cooperating with the <br />Organization to address issues relating to the Services deemed <br />urgent by the Organization. <br /> <br />ii. Training <br /> <br />1. DocuPet agrees to provide the Organization with training <br />regarding the usage of the Website via Video Conference-based <br />sessions prior to the launch of the Services. <br />2. Training videos and online help content will be provided via the <br />Administrative Portal. <br /> <br />d. Customer Service <br />
