December 18, 2024 <br />3 <br /> <br />Council Member Vogeli provided comments on the outdoor multipurpose facility location <br />resolution, housing and median sale prices, attended the Volunteer Appreciation event hosted <br />by the City, and stated a memorial vigil to honor unhoused individuals who have lost their lives <br />will be held on December 20th at 5:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Member Fosse provided comments on the cold weather and daytime shelters and gave <br />condolences to the family and friends on the death of the recent King County Metro bus driver <br />in Seattle’s University District. <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson provided information on the City of Everett and <br />Snohomish County’s cold weather shelter locations and hours. <br /> <br />President Schwab attended the Harborview-Seahurst-Glenhaven Neighborhood meeting and <br />requested a report on Faith Family Village’s Women and Children Center. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson had no comments. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />Deputy City Attorney Ramsey Ramerman had no comments. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Fosse, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8113 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$1,377,399.54 for the period ending November 30, 2024 through December 6, 2024. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8114 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$266,173.96 for the period ending December 7, 2024 through December 13, 2024. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS
