Council action tonight is to adopt <br />a resolution to select the site, as the next step in the development process that allows city staff <br />to move forward with the design. <br /> <br />President Schwab introduced Scott Pattison, Dan Eernissee and Ben Franz from Shiels Obletz <br />Johnsen to provide a presentation for the Downtown Alternatives as the Location for the <br />proposed Everett Outdoor Multipurpose Facility Project. <br />
