December 18, 2024 <br />6 <br /> <br />$20,000 for a total contract amount of $170,000 and extend the contract expiration date to <br />December 31, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING & PROPOSED ACTION ITEM – COUNCIL BILL 2411-41: <br /> <br />President Schwab opened the public hearing for Council Bill 2411-41. <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was call with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2411-41 <br /> <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE establishing Everett utility rates for the 2025 through 2028 Operating <br />Years <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING & ACTION ITEMS: <br /> <br />Deputy City Attorney informed council and the public that the numbers from the Fiscal Advisory <br />Committee are preliminary numbers, and that the council vote is not a commitment to any <br />specific funding or adopting any recommendation for funding. Council action tonight is to adopt <br />a resolution to select the site, as the next step in the development process that allows city staff <br />to move forward with the design. <br /> <br />President Schwab introduced Scott Pattison, Dan Eernissee and Ben Franz from Shiels Obletz <br />Johnsen to provide a presentation for the Downtown Alternatives as the Location for the <br />proposed Everett Outdoor Multipurpose Facility Project. <br />
