<br />Fulton Street Pedestrian Bicycle Corridor PAGE 25 OF 114 CONTRACT <br />FEDERAL AID # TAP-0420(026) <br />WO #3785 September 6, 2024 <br /> <br />1-07.5.OPT1.GR1 1 <br />(September 20, 2010) 2 <br />Environmental Commitments 3 <br />The following Provisions summarize the requirements, in addition to those required 4 <br />elsewhere in the Contract, imposed upon the Contracting Agency by the various 5 <br />documents referenced in the Special Provision Permits and Licenses.
