City of Everett Public Works Department | September 26, 2024 Page 4 <br /> File No. 00661-128-03 <br />TASK 400 – YEAR 7 MONITORING REPORT <br />The Year 7 Mitigation Monitoring Report will be submitted to the City for distribution to appropriate agencies <br />by the end of the calendar year in which monitoring occurred. The report will contain the following specific <br />sections per the approved Advanced Mitigation Plan (AMP) (ICF 2019 6), previous work on the project and <br />feedback from agencies on previous reporting. <br />■ An introductory section with project background information and a summary of site conditions. <br />■ Monitoring activities conducted during the year with a description of the methods used, the results of <br />the monitoring, a discussion of the results and the progress achieved toward meeting the associated <br />performance standards, and overall site goal. <br />■ Results and discussion of the wetland delineation and habitat mapping effort. <br />■ A summary of the overall progress toward meeting the goals and performance standards. <br />■ Monitoring photographs. <br />■ Detailed monitoring data. <br />■ A set of four figures, including: <br /> Site layout including sampling locations, <br /> Wetland delineation, <br /> Habitat classification and mapping, and <br /> Site wide cattails – patch composition, expansion, contraction and distribution. <br />The report will also include a section on site closeout recommendations and a discussion of overall site <br />success in meeting the goals of the project as defined in the approved AMP. <br />TASK 500 – UNIDENTIFIED ADDITIONAL SERVICES (OPTIONAL) <br />GeoEngineers has included an optional task to provide services related to the Year 7 monitoring effort that <br />may include coordination, review and quality control of data, attending additional meetings with agency <br />staff, various site visits or providing additional monitoring and reporting support. A fee estimate of $10,000 <br />was used as a placeholder, to authorize this task, an updated description of work for this task must be <br />approved in writing by the City Project Manager. <br /> <br /> <br />6 ICF International (ICF). 2019.
