City of Everett Public Works Department | September 26, 2024 Page 5 <br /> File No. 00661-128-03 <br />Assumptions <br />■ The site will be accessible by watercraft during the growing season. <br />■ Field data collection will be conducted by two (2) biologists. <br />■ One round of report review and revisions are anticipated between Draft and Final and will not require <br />additional field data collection. <br />■ One round of agency comment responses are anticipated following the final report submission, and will <br />not require additional field data collection. <br />■ Field identification of cattail species (Typha sp.) will follow guidance presented in the Washington State <br />Noxious Weed Control Board’s Draft Written Findings on Typha 7. <br />Deliverables <br />■ Draft Year 7 Mitigation Monitoring report, <br />■ Final Year 7 Mitigation Monitoring report, and <br />■ Monitoring data files in native format. <br />Fee Estimate and Terms <br />We plan to begin work in early summer, conduct field work in mid to late summer and provide draft report <br />in fall of 2025. We will keep you apprised of project status and conditions that may significantly affect our <br />scope and estimate. Our services will be completed in accordance with the terms described in our General <br />Conditions, which are attached and form a part of this proposal. Please review our General Conditions <br />carefully and advise us if you have any questions or desire to modify the terms of our agreement. <br />The estimated fee for our services will be determined using the rates contained in our Standard Schedule <br />of Charges, which also is attached as part of this proposal.
