EXHIBIT C NWS INITIAL PROJECT A. NWS Initial Project. NWS will construct the following improvements on the Ballfield Property at no cost to the City: Improvement Name Description Infield synthetic turf NWS will install synthetic turf to the infield areas of installation Kasch Park ballfields 1-4. Installation of synthetic turf to the infield will allow for expanded use of the ballfields for age groups 8u -18u—currently the fields serve players 8u-13u. Contractor shall follow surfacing manufacturer's installation and drainage specifications and recommendations, meet City of Everett stormwater standards and adhere to the State of Washington Department of Ecology (WDOE) requirements (based on current Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington). Contractor shall meet all Site Development requirements, including stormwater, and secure all necessary permits.
