1 roofs within the fire limits; no addition or enlargement to any <br /> 2 building within the fire limits shall be allowed unless Class "A" <br /> 3 construction." <br /> 4 <br /> Section 2: That Section 176 of Ordinance No . 1260 of the City <br /> 5 <br /> of Everett be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows : <br /> 6 <br /> "Section 176 : Whenever the Building Inspector makes a decis- <br /> 7 ion as provided for in this ordinance, and which seems unjust to <br /> 8 <br /> the owner, contractor, or architect of any building they shall have <br /> 9 <br /> the right to apply to the Inspector for the appointment of an arb- <br /> 10 <br /> itration committee, one of the committee to be appointed by the <br /> 11 <br /> Inspector; one by the owner, contractor , or architect , and the <br /> 12 <br /> third party of the committee to be chosen by the two other members; <br /> 13 <br /> the decision of the Board shall be final in the matter appealed for, <br /> 14 <br /> Ail the members of said committee shall be competent and disinter- <br /> 15 <br /> ested persons. The person asking for the arbitration shall, on <br /> 16 <br /> filing his petition, pay Twenty-four Dollars U24.00) to the Build- <br /> 17 <br /> ing Inspector, which shall be paid to the members of the aFIb arbi- <br /> 18 <br /> tration committee in full for all sorts of arbitration.
