ORDINANCE NO. 131O <br /> 1 An ordinance providing for the improvement of the north side of <br /> 2 16th street from Baker Avenue to Pine Street, and the south side of <br /> 3 16th street from Baker Avenue to Walnut Street , by grading to proper <br /> 4 grade, construction of concrete walks, installation of necessary <br /> 5 drainage, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete im- <br /> 6 provement ; also grading and slagging a ten foot roadway next to the <br /> 7 pavement on the north side from Cedar Street to Pine Street, and do- <br /> g ing all other work necessary, in connection therewith, to make a <br /> 9 complete improvement , in accordance with Resolution No . 2728 of the <br /> 10 City of Everett , creating an assessment district , creating a Local <br /> 11 Improvement District Fund therefor, providing that payment for said <br /> 12 improvement be made by special assessment on the property benefitted <br /> 13 in said district by the mode of payment by bonds . <br /> 14 whereas, by Resolution No . 2728 of the City of Everett , the City <br /> 15 Council of Everett has declared its intention to order the irnprove- <br /> 16 ment of the north side of sixteenth street from Baker Avenue to Pine <br /> 17 Street and the south side of sixteenth street from Baker Avenue to <br /> 18 Walnut Street by grading to proper grade, construction of concrete <br /> 19 walks, installation of necessary drainage, and doing all other work <br /> 20 necessary to make a complete improvement ; also grading and slagging <br /> 21 a ten foot roadway next to the pavement on the north side from Cedar <br /> 22 Street to Pine Street , anddoing all other work necessary, in conn- <br /> 23 ection therewith, to make a complete improvement in accordance with <br /> 24 the plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer, now <br /> 25 therefore <br /> • 26 THE CITY OF EVF.,R.ETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 27 Section 1 : That the north side of 16th street from Baker Avenue <br /> 28 to Pine Street and the south side of sixteenth street from Baker Averi• <br /> 29 ue to Walnut Street be improved, by grading to a proper grade, con- <br /> 30 struction of concrete walks, instaliaztion of necessary drainage and <br /> 31 doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement ; also <br />
