The comments below <br /> must be addressed before a permit can be issued. These comments address building issues only. <br /> Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments including Public Works, <br /> Planning, and Fire. <br /> Code citations provided in the following review comments reference the Everett Municipal Code <br /> (EMC), the 2021 International Building Code (IBC), the 2021 International Existing Building Code <br /> (IEBC), 2021 the Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), the 2021 Washington Mechanical Code <br /> (WAMC/IMC) and the 2021 Washington Plumbing Code (WAPC/UPC). Additional reference <br /> standards are listed in IBC Chapter 35. Amendments to the adopted building codes by Washington <br /> Administrative Code (WAC) Title 51 are incorporated into the referenced code citations. <br /> For the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation shall be submitted <br /> to the Building Division for review: <br /> a. Itemized response letter addressing the comments provided below. <br /> b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br /> Submittal documents shall contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br /> for compliance with the adopted codes. Only include drawings that are relevant to the work and <br /> remove any and all contradictory drawings or details.
