Manage the Project:The overall project will be managed through the phasing of construction, <br /> as noted above and on the plans. Sitework should be minimized until the temporary erosion <br /> and sediment control measures are in place. The work is scheduled to be performed in the <br /> late spring and early summer when the weather will be conducive to revegetation. If site <br /> conditions necessitate additional erosion control measures,they shall be implemented by the <br /> superintendent and in coordination with the city. <br /> 13.
