January 15, 2025 <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall stated that information regarding enhanced sentencing will be provided <br />soon, and addressed last week’s questions regarding Hope N Wellness, zoning, and ADA <br />compliance. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8123 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$5,450,098.85 for the period ending December 8, 2024 through January 3, 2025. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8124 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $6,431,229.93 for the period ending December 28, 2024. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – PURCHASE AND SALE <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to approve and sign the Purchase and Sale Agreement and <br />authorization of the Purchase of Property at 1st and Lorena for the Lexington-Broadway <br />Stormwater Improvements Project. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – PURCHASE AND SALE <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to approve and sign the Purchase and Sale Agreement and <br />authorization of the Purchase of Property at 9900 19th Ave. W., for the site of stormwater <br />facilities as part of the 100th Street Stormwater Improvements Project. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – 2024 WATER QUALITY GRANT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the 2024 Water Quality Grant Agreement Amendment No. 1 <br />with the Washington State Department of Ecology, in the amount not to exceed $3,765,954.75. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – AWARD FOR TIMBER SNAG CREATION <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to award and sign the Timber Snag Creation Contract to Sam’s Tree <br />Care in the amount of $66,240.
