Please review and <br /> respond to the comments below. <br /> IBC Items <br /> 1. Please indicate the buildings'type of construction and occupancy group on the plans. IBC <br /> Chapters 3 and 6. <br /> 2. Please provide framing plans, construction details, and structural calculations indicating <br /> that the proposed floor framing to be constructed is adequate for the design loads in IBC <br /> Table 1607.1. <br /> 3. New framing assemblies between dwelling units are required to have 1-hr fire resistive <br /> construction per IBC 711.2.4.3. Please provide a proposed floor assembly that satisfies <br /> this requirement. <br /> 4. New construction for assemblies between dwelling units should limit sound transmission <br /> and have a rating of not less than 50 or 45 if tested in accordance with ASTM E90 per IBC <br /> 1207.2. Please indicate the an assembly that provides this amount <br /> 5. Previous records appear to indicate that an exterior stairwell leading from Unit 7 to the <br /> ground level does not have building permits. For the constructed stairwell into Unit 7, <br /> please provide structural calculations, drawings, and details for the constructed stairwell <br /> in accordance with the IBC 2015 requirements for stairways.
