1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> Wetland Resources, Inc. (WRI) conducted a site investigation at the property located at 9307 181h Ave <br /> W in Everett, WA on September 11, 2019, to evaluate impacts to on-site critical areas and/or <br /> buffers in response to a violation notice issued by the City of Everett (Case Number: CE19-0561, <br /> dated June 27, 2019). The 0.38-acre subject property (Snohomish County parcel <br /> #00480600103903) is located within Section 14, Township 28N, Range 4E, W.M.
