Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> 1. Please remove all references to construction of the existing Single Family Residence from this permit <br /> drawing set. <br /> 2. Provide all four elevations for the proposed single family residence without shading. (When <br /> drawings are scanned for records, shading comes out black and obliterates any details shown on the <br /> drawing.) <br /> 3. Revise elevation drawings to reflect the raised interior floor level. Show and label the finished grade, <br /> the finished floor level, siding material, overall height dimension and roof pitch on the elevation <br /> drawings.Adjust windows and door heights on the elevation view according to the height of the <br /> finished floor. <br /> 4. Please revise the building section drawing to show the existing 2x4 wall studs, furring, blocking, <br /> rafters and plates. Show insulation in all walls floors and ceiling, including R-10 insulation at headers <br /> in furred out walls. <br /> 5. The plans show 2x8 floor joists with R-49 insulation. R-38 is required per option number 1a of the <br /> energy credits. Sheet No. 6 shows R-30 insulation in note#3. Please specify the type of insulation <br /> you are proposing to use to obtain the proposed R-49 insulation shown non the plans. <br /> 6. The Energy Certificate on sheet 7 shows Electric wall heaters with 92%AFUE and ducts insulated to <br /> R-8.There are no ducts, and Electric heaters are not measured in Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency <br /> (HSPF or COP). Show location of all electric heaters on plans. <br /> 7. All detached one and two-family dwellings using electric zonal heating as the primary heat source <br /> shall install an inverter-driven ductless mini-split heat pump in the largest zone in the dwelling. <br /> Show location of head unit and heat exchanger on floor plan. Show location of heat exchange unit <br /> on the site plan. <br /> 8. The energy credits shown on sheet 7,total 1.0 credits.
