In order for the Planning Department to approve the permit, please submit the following: <br /> 1. Please submit a clear, legible, and to scale site plan. There were two site plans submitted, neither provide a <br /> scale (one was prepared on the computer and one is hand drawn). The comments below apply to the site plan <br /> prepared by JGAT+Studio. Please submit one site plan to avoid confusion. <br /> 2. The site plan is very small and difficult to read. It also does not appear to be to the scale indicated on the site <br /> plan. The site plan printed on an 11x17 sheet of paper would likely make it easier to read, please just make sure <br /> it is printed to a scale. <br /> 3. On the site plan, please call out the setback of the house/deck from the south property line. <br /> 4. Please clearly show the 10' private drainage easement on the site plan (see attached short plat map) so I can <br /> verify the proposed deck would be located outside of this easement. <br /> 5. Please clearly show the 30' ingress/egress/utility easement on the north side of the property. It's difficult to <br /> read, but it appears your site plan calls out a 20' easement. <br /> 6. Please provide height calculations per the attached residential construction checklist. Please see pages 4-5, and <br /> 8-9 for instructions. <br /> Please submit 2 copies of the revised plans at 3200 Cedar Street, 2nd floor.
