On Sheet A2.0, one of the posts supporting the roof framing appears to be supported by (1) 2x10 PT <br /> joist and appears to be form a transfer beam carry portions of roof load and deck loading. Please <br /> verify that this 2x10 joist can transfer this load to the column post and foundation below. IBC 1604. <br /> 8. The proposed stairway appears to be missing a illumination at the top landing. Please revise drawing <br /> as required.
