<br />19 <br /> <br />Exhibit D <br />Example Capital Projects <br /> <br />The following are examples of Capital Improvements that could be considered by the <br />Parties: <br /> <br />a) Dredging <br />b) New float replacement <br />c) New lighting <br />d) New dock for the Jetty <br />e) New fishing ramp, pier and float <br />f) New launch lane for smaller non-powered vessels such as paddleboards and kayaks <br />g) New entrance to comply with standards <br />h) New significant landscaping projects beyond normal maintenance <br />i) New buildings or structures <br />j) Development of a multi-use area for festivals and over flow parking <br />k) Stormwater retrofit and treatment projects.
