From the Figures 1-2.4.1, 1-2.4.2 & 1-2.5.1 Min Requirements 1-9 are required and we utilized LIST#2 <br /> proposing that the: <br /> Lawn and landscaped areas: <br /> For the landscaped areas and front yard, compost amended soils are proposed per Post-Construction Soil <br /> Quality and Depth in accordance with BMP T5.13: Post-Construction Soil Quality & Depth Proposed <br /> Roofs: <br /> 1. A. Full Dispersion in accordance with BMP T5.30: Not Feasible due to not enough flow path and site <br /> too steep to make it work plus soils not good enough for full infiltration. <br /> B. Downspout Full Infiltration Systems in accordance with BMP T5.10A: Downspout Full Infiltration <br /> Not feasible due to Alderwood soils being too shallow and the steepness of the slope to the <br /> north. <br /> 2. Rain Gardens in accordance with BMP T5.14A: Rain Gardens, or Bioretention in accordance with BMP <br /> T7.30: Bioretention Cells, Swales, and Planter Boxes. Not feasible due to soils and slopes <br /> 3. Downspout Dispersion Systems in accordance with BMP T5.10B: Downspout Dispersion Systems (D5- <br /> 03.2). Not feasible due to slopes along the north end of project being too steep. <br /> 4. Perforated Stub-out Connections in accordance with BMP T5.10C Not proposed due <br /> to soils and steepness of site. Proposed is direct tie-in to storm <br /> System. <br /> Other Hard Surfaces: <br /> 1. Full Dispersion in accordance with BMP T5.30: Full Dispersion NA <br /> Driveway to sheet flow across 24" gravel dispersion berm to vegetated strip with compost <br /> amended soils, <br /> 2.
