The comments below <br /> must be addressed before a permit can be issued. These comments address building issues only. <br /> Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments including Public Works, <br /> Planning, and Fire. <br /> Code citations provided in the following comments reference the 2018 International Residential <br /> Code (IRC). Code citations provided herein reference the 2018 IRC unless noted otherwise. <br /> Amendments to the IRC per the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) and Everett Municipal <br /> Code (EMC) are indicated where they occur. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation shall be <br /> submitted to the Building Division for review: <br /> a. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. <br /> b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br /> c. Two copies of supplemental structural calculations. <br /> Submittal documents shall contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br /> for compliance with the adopted codes.
