Stair plans and details should be provided where occurring. <br />e. Attic ventilation should be provided if the area above is enclosed from the garage <br />below. <br />f. Attic access should be provided. <br />11. Details for the roof eaves should be provided. <br />12. The man door on the back side is required to provide a landing. <br />13. The "Plan View" indicates a sloped floor. The following should be addressed: <br />a. The slope of the floor should be specified. <br />b. The sloped floor will affect the bearing height of the wood -framing walls around <br />the building perimeter. Details clarifying the wall construction should be <br />provided. The floor slope should be accounted for in the building height. <br />14. The proposed garage appears to be within the fire separation distances of the property <br />lines and required fire -resistive construction. Sections and details for rated listed <br />assemblies should be provided. The eaves will also require fire -resistive construction. <br />Review of your project will be performed in the order received once the required <br />documentation has been submitted.
