I am the planner <br /> conducting the Planning intake review for this application. Please note the following comments are not a thorough plan <br /> check review and they only address larger zoning compliance points and the submittal checklist. Additional comments <br /> may be provided by the Building intake reviewer for your application; please utilize the Online Permitting Portal to check <br /> on the status of other reviewers. <br /> 1. Please submit a site plan meeting the minimum requirements in the attached residential construction <br /> checklist. Some of the information that is missing includes: all existing and proposed setbacks, utilities, all <br /> existing improvements (walkways, stairs, paved areas, etc.), contours, existing/proposed retaining walls or <br /> fences, exterior building dimensions of the main residence. <br /> 2. Please clarify how you determined the lot dimensions. According to the subdivision map and legal description of <br /> the property,the lot is 50'x 120'. <br /> 3. Please show the average base elevation on the elevation drawings and provide the overall height of the <br /> structure measured from the average base elevation. <br /> The interim permit intake/resubmittal policy is available on the Permit Services Page. Please submit at minimum 2 <br /> copies of any revised documents/plans.
