January 22, 2025 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />Council Member Tuohy commented on her attendance at the Delta neighborhood meeting. <br /> <br />President Schwab stated next week Council will vote on their selections for Salary Commission. <br />He also thanked all who participated in the Council retreat this last Saturday and provided an <br />overview from the retreat. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson made comments on consent item #2 regarding <br />the call for bids at Everett Mall Transit Station and the Salary Commission vote next week. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall had no comments. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8125 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$7,996,127.93 for the period ending January 4, 2024, through January 10, 2025. <br /> <br />CALL FOR BIDS - EVERETT TRANSIT MALL STATION <br /> <br />To authorize the Call for Bids for the construction of the new Everett Transit Mall Station at <br />Everett Mall. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – ON CALL SURVEYING SERVICES <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the professional services agreement for 2025/2026 On-Call <br />Surveying services with Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC. <br /> <br />CALL FOR BIDS - WATER QUALITY RETROFIT PROGRAMMATIC PROJECT <br /> <br />To authorize a Call for Bids for the Water Quality Retrofit Programmatic project. <br />
