Sections 105.5 and R105.5 of the International Building Code and <br />International Residential Code state that applications become invalid if the permit is not issued or is abandoned for <br />more than 180 days. <br />If the project is to go forward, please take one of the following actions within 30 calendar days of the date of this <br />letter: <br />• Submit an email or written request for extension explaining the reason for project delay and the anticipated <br />date of permit pick-up. We will review your request and determine if an extension is possible. <br />• Pick-up/pay for your approved permit, contact our office via email to confirm the fee amount due for permit <br />issuance. The permit fees will need to be reassessed to our current fee schedules. <br />You may contact us at PermitServices@everettwa.gov. <br />If the permit is not issued, or an extension is not requested within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter, the <br />approved permit will be cancelled, and all associated construction plans, reports, calculations, and other submitted <br />information will be recycled.
