According to our records, you were notified that this permit was <br />ready for pick-up/issuance more than 6 months ago. <br />Sections 1055 and R105.5 of the International Building Code and International <br />Residential Code state that applications become invalid if the permit is not <br />issued or is abandoned for more than 180 days. <br />If the project is to go forward, please take one of the following actions within <br />I 15 calendar days from the date of this letter: <br />• Email or mail a written request for an extension explaining the reason <br />for project delay. Phone or verbal extension requests will not be <br />accepted. <br />• Provide the anticipated date of permit pick-up. <br />• Pay for and pick up your approved permit(s). Fees due are based on the <br />fee schedules in effect at the time of permit issuance. <br />If the permit is not issued or an extension is not requested within 15 calendar <br />days of the date of this letter, the approved permit will be cancelled, and all <br />associated construction plans, reports, calculations, and other submitted <br />PERMIT SERVICES information will be discarded.
