<br />Fulton Street Pedestrian Bicycle Corridor PAGE 69 OF 114 CONTRACT <br />FEDERAL AID # TAP-0420(026) <br />WO #3785 September 6, 2024 <br /> <br />1-10.2.GR1 1 <br />Traffic Control Management 2 <br /> 3 <br />1-10.2.INST1.GR1 4 <br />Section 1-10.2 is supplemented with the following: 5 <br /> 6 <br />1-10.2.OPT1.GR1 7 <br />(November 2, 2022) 8 <br />Work Zone Safety Contingency 9 <br />Enhancements to improve the effectiveness of the accepted traffic control plans to 10 <br />increase the safety of the work zones shall be discussed on a weekly basis between the 11 <br />Contractor and the Contracting Agency. Enhancements shall be mutually agreed upon by 12 <br />the Contractor and Engineer prior to performing any Work to implement the enhancement. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Enhancements do not include the use of Uniformed Police Officers or WSP, address 15 <br />changes to the allowed work hour restrictions, or changes to the staging plans in the 16 <br />Contract (if applicable).
