Enhancements shall be mutually agreed upon by 12 <br />the Contractor and Engineer prior to performing any Work to implement the enhancement. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Enhancements do not include the use of Uniformed Police Officers or WSP, address 15 <br />changes to the allowed work hour restrictions, or changes to the staging plans in the 16 <br />Contract (if applicable).
