Those attending 20 <br />shall include: 21 <br /> 22 <br />1. The Contractor and subcontractor in charge of constructing forms, and placing, 23 <br />and finishing the cement concrete. 24 <br /> 25 <br />2. Engineer (or representative) and Project Inspectors for the cement concrete 26 <br />sidewalk, curb ramp or pedestrian access route Work. 27 <br /> 28 <br />Items to be discussed in this meeting shall include, at a minimum, the following: 29 <br /> 30 <br />1. Slopes shown on the Plans. 31 <br /> 32 <br />2. Inspection 33 <br /> 34 <br />3. Traffic control 35 <br /> 36 <br />4. Pedestrian control, access routes and delineation 37 <br /> 38 <br />5. Accommodating utilities 39 <br /> 40 <br />6. Form work 41 <br /> 42 <br />7. Installation of detectable warning surfaces 43 <br /> 44 <br />8. Contractor ADA survey and ADA Feature as-built requirements 45 <br /> 46 <br />9. Cold Weather Protection 47 <br /> 48
