Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than 11"x 17". <br /> 1. Provide stair section and details for both new stairs. Provide min 36"landing at the top <br /> and bottom of all stairs. <br /> 2. Provide 110 volt smoke alarms, interconnected with battery back-up per section R314 <br /> International Residential Code (IRC). Show all locations on plan view. <br /> 3. Provide carbon monoxide alarms per R315 IRC. Show on plans. <br /> 4. Specify minimum egress requirements in all bedrooms. The windows in the south east <br /> corner of the house on the upper floor appear to be smaller than the minimum size <br /> required for egress per section R310 of the IRC. <br /> 5. Detail connection of addition to existing structure at roofline. Show how addition is <br /> flashed for the prevention of water intrusion at the addition. <br /> 6.
