Laboratory that performed the analyses; <br /> 5. Analytical techniques or methods used; and <br /> 6. Results of all analyses <br /> The record of the sampling results is included in the SWPPP record notebook, and <br /> maintained at Nelson's Main Facility. <br /> Noncompliance Notification <br /> If the facility is unable to meet the requirements of the SWPPP,the facility shall; <br /> i <br /> i 1. Immediately take action to minimize the potential impact to the environment or <br /> otherwise eliminate the noncompliance and correct the problem; <br /> 2. Immediately notify the appropriate Ecology regional office of the failure to comply, <br /> and <br /> 3. Submit a detailed written report to Ecology within thirty days.
