Notifications- Each of the required notifications are fully explained below: <br /> Notify the Fire Department b dig 911. For any spills, call the fire department via 911 to handle the <br /> spill safely. In any case, if the spilt may enter storm drains or bodies of water, call 911. If in doubt call <br /> 911! <br /> Notify the on-call PetroCard supervisor of all spills in excess of one gallon or smaller quantities if <br /> they may enter state waters. The PetroCard supervisor will decide whether to respond and assist you <br /> in obtaining needed assistance. After hours and on holidays the office number (800) 950-3835 is <br /> answered by an answering service that can reach other PetroCard personnel in case of emergency. <br /> The PetroCard supervisor will make any required regulatory notifications and reports. <br /> PetroCard supervisor will notify DOE via Emergency Management. As described above, DOE defines <br /> a spill as being reportable if it could enter the waters of the state or is over one gallon.
