En Route Security <br /> The company recognizes the security risks associated with the transportation <br /> of petroleum products to and from the following location: Petroleum Bulk Plant <br /> located at 9828 — 71h Avenue, Everett, WA 98208 <br /> The following specific security risks are associated with the transportation of <br /> petroleum products to and from this location: <br /> ➢ Unauthorized alterations, tampering, or other suspicious activity relating to <br /> vehicles involved in the transportation; <br /> ➢ Theft of transport vehicles while temporarily left unattended by the driver; <br /> ➢ Commandeering of the vehicle by a passenger; and <br /> ➢ Hijacking of the transport vehicle. <br /> Operating Procedures <br /> Loading Process: <br /> 1. Perform Pre Trip inspection, checking to see if all pieces of <br /> equipment have no defects. Once completed do the following: <br /> • Park vehicle in bermed loading spot on side of loading arms <br /> • Turn engine off <br /> • Ensure all compartment valves are closed <br /> • Open only compartment you want to fill <br /> • Connect loading arm to compartment-attach vent hose <br /> • Using rack card, log-in to cardlock reader <br /> • Set meter -double check compartment capacity <br /> • Place spill pail under loading arm <br /> • Turn on pump-stay within 25 feet of pump <br /> • When complete, turn off pump, disconnect loading arm and <br /> vent hose <br />
