I. Personnel Security The company recognizes the security risks associated with the fact that its employees have access to and control of petroleum products during storage and transportation. These risks include but are not limited to the following actions: ➢ Sabotaging petroleum storage tanks to endanger fellow employees and the general public; ➢ Using petroleum products and/or transport vehicles to endanger the public; ➢ Disseminating the company's confidential, security-related plans and procedures to others; and ➢ Disrupting communication between the company and emergency personnel during a security incident. I1. Petroleum Storage Facility Security The company recognizes the security risks associated with its storage of petroleum products at the following location: Petroleum Bulk Plant located at 9826 - 71h Avenue, Everett, WA 98208 Total Gallon Capacity— 100,000 Gallons of Petroleum Products The following specific security risks are present at this location: ➢ Petroleum is highly flammable and could be used as an explosive; ➢ Unauthorized access to the petroleum storage facility by employees, vendors, and/or third parties; ➢ Theft of and/or tampering with petroleum transport vehicles;
