EES will provide regular
communications with NAP and Ecology regarding project status, and we will prepare and submit written
progress reports to document key sampling/analytical milestones.
Following completion of the 2024 work tasks as specified, EES and NAP will coordinate with Ecology to
evaluate overall progress and approach to cleanup implementation as necessary to achieve regulatory
compliance and closure.
SCHEDULE
EES will install Task 1 sub-slab Vapor Pins (SSV-1 through SSV-5) as soon as possible after receiving
notice to proceed from NAP, access from the current Property owner and tenant access, and
acknowledgment/input regarding work plan activities from Ecology. Sub-slab soil sampling will likely also
be conducted at this time. Sub-slab Vapor Pins will be installed, and initial sampling will be conducted
with the SVE system running "Ste 1" . Vapor samples will also be collected from existing soil gas wells
SGW-1 through SGW-5 at this time, with the SVE system in operation. Following completion of the initial
7-day WMS sampling period, EES will then disable the SVE system prior to demobilizing from the Site.
The HRSC investigation (Task 2B), installation of the utility trench vapor wells (SGW-6 through SGW-8)
(Task 1B), and two additional groundwater monitoring wells (MW-11 and PMW-1) (Task 3A) will occur
shortly thereafter. The sanitary sewer cleanout vapor samples will be collected in conjunction with
samples from the utility trench vapor wells (Task 1C).A single groundwater monitoring event will also be
EES ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING,INC. 2120-02 2024 SOW 20240408f
