All inspections shall be scheduled online at https://onlinepermits.everettwa.gov.Available inspection dates are shown in the dropdown menu. 2. All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett'Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development'. 3. Prior to any interruption to the public right-of-way(roadways,parking lanes,or sidewalks)a Traffic Street Use permit shall be obtained from the City's Traffic Engineering Division.This permit can be applied for online at onlinepermits.everettwa.gov and requires a traffic control plan to be submitted for the area of requested closure. Please allow 1-2 weeks for TSU permit issuance from the date of application. 5. Any damage to City improvements(sidewalk,curb, roadway,etc.)shall be replaced per City Standards and/or as directed by the City PW Inspector. 6. Street restoration must be done per COE Standard Drawing#326 and trench restoration per#614,or as directed by the City PW Inspector. Permanent restoration must be completed within 2 weeks of completion of utility work. 7. Full lane width grind and overlay is required for trenches greater than 100'in length,multiple cuts within a 100' length section,and/or as directed by the City PW Inspector. 8. A minimum of 5ft separation between City of Everett utilities and directional boring/pavement cuts shall be maintained. 9. Inspections are required for all stages of construction.Visit the City's Online Permitting Portal at onlinepermits.everettwa.gov to formally request all required inspections. Inspections are required for job start notification, potholing all City utilities,evaluation of traffic control set- up,to view the work prior to backfill,and after final restoration to final the permit. Request a final inspection online by selecting PW 25-Site Final/Permit Close Out within the Online Permitting Portal Inspection Requests for this permit when all items have been completed. 10. Potholing required for all crossings over/under City of Everett water mains. 11. Coordinate with adjoining businesses/homeowners to minimize obstruction of commerce/access. 12. Contact Everett Transit at 425-257-7765 at least 48 hours prior to any disruptions in bus stop service locations. 13. Noise from temporary construction sites is not allowed 10:OOPM—7:OOAM weekdays,6:OOPM—8:OOAM weekends unless a variance has been issued.Construction projects wishing a variance from the noise ordinance must submit an application at least 30 days prior to commencing work.
