Work will <br /> coring, potholing, and traffic control setup) soil boring location commence within 6 months of the receipt of <br /> all necessary permit approvals. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION INCLUDING NEED FOR ACCESS <br /> This Property Access Plan (PAP)outlines the planned Geotechnical Investigation and Exploration work to <br /> support the Phase 2 Sound Transit Everett Link Extension&OMF North project(EVLE).The proposed <br /> fieldwork will support light rail transit alignment assessment from 44th Avenue West and 200th Street Southwest in <br /> Everett to Hewitt Avenue and Broadway in Everett.This bundle specifically is in support of the proposed field work <br /> along and around 1-5 between SR 526 and Hewitt Avenue. <br /> WORK AREA <br /> A work zone approximately 15 feet wide by 60 feet long and approximately centered about each boring location <br /> will be required for drilling.A truck-or track-mounted drill-rig, a crew pickup truck, and passenger vehicle for <br /> technical staff will also be on site during drilling. Refer to Appendix A for proposed boring locations and work <br /> areas. The proposed work areas shown are approximate and may be enlarged in size, reduced in size, or moved <br /> depending on site-specific conditions, such as surface or subsurface obstructions, underground or aboveground <br /> known or suspect utilities or other observations during the site reconnaissance. Hand-marked revisions will be <br /> made to Appendix A to show adjustments to proposed Geotechnical Investigation and Exploration locations. <br /> DETAILED WORK DESCRIPTION <br /> This plan applies to Bundle 3A,which includes eleven(11)locations(8 boring locations and 3 alternate locations) <br /> planned within the City of Everett ROW,and one(1)boring location planned within parcels owned by the City of <br /> Everett(City)as shown in Appendix A and listed in Table 1 below. <br /> Table 1.
