Please update the property line dimensions so they are consistent with the provided survey. <br /> • Setbacks. Please update the site plan to dimension the distance between each respective property line and the <br /> existing structure as identified in the REV124-132 (NCB). Additionally, please depict the proposed heat pump on <br /> the site plan and dimension the distance between structure and property line. <br /> • Ramp.The "Proposed Right Elevation" depicts a ramp which is not shown on the site plan. Please update the <br /> site plan with the ramp location and dimension the distance between property line and ramp. <br /> • Parking. Only 2 required off-street parking spaces are permitted to be in tandem per EMC 19.34.120(D). Please <br /> remove the third tandem parking space from the site plan.The required parking ratio will be redlined on the <br /> plans. <br /> • Site Survey.A site survey was required to verify property lines and setbacks however a topographic survey was <br /> provided. Please note, property corners shall be marked by licensed surveyor per EMC 19.39.070 to verify <br /> setbacks in the field upon inspection.The field inspectors may request a particular section of the property line <br /> be additionally marked if deemed necessary. <br /> Resubmittal instructions for online applications are outlined here.
