Project Information (1.0)
Project/Site Name: Faith Family Village
Street/Location: 6708 Cady Road
City: Everett State: Washington Zip code: 98201
Subdivision: N/A
Receiving waterbody: N/A
Existing Conditions (1.1)
Total acreage: 1.67 AC
Disturbed acreage: 0.20 AC
Existing structures: The existing site contains several church buildings, sheds, parking areas,
garden area, and sidewalk.
Landscape topography: Existing slopes are generally flat and descend gradually in an
eastward direction.
Drainage patterns: Parking lot surface runoff collects in a catch basin located at the eastern
edge of the lot that discharges east to the storm drain in Cady Rd. Due to the flat topography,
the surrounding parcels do not appear to contribute any notable amount of upstream runoff. The
runoff from the area of the site where the Pallet Shelters will be constructed is dispersed onsite
across a large, flat, vegetated area.
Existing Vegetation: Vegetation is mostly grass with trees in the northwest corner of the site.
Critical Areas (wetlands, streams, high erosion risk, steep or difficult to stabilize slopes):
City of Everett critical areas mapping does not indicate any streams, wetlands, landslide
hazards, erosion hazards, or any other critical areas on site or adjacent to the site.
List of known impairments for 303(d) listed or Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) for the
receiving waterbody: N/A
Table 1 includes a list of suspected and/or known contaminants associated with the construction
activity.
Table 1 — Summary of Site Pollutant Constituents
Constituent Location Depth Concentration
Pollutant
5
