Proposed Construction Activities (1.2) <br /> Description of site development (example: subdivision): <br /> The project proposes the construction of 8 livable Pallet Shelters along with bathroom and <br /> laundry facilities, in the rear of a lot occupied by the existing Faith Lutheran Church. The <br /> construction will also include gravel surfacing around the Pallet Shelters, and a small area of <br /> asphalt. None of the proposed new/replaced impervious is pollution-generating. <br /> Description of construction activities (example: site preparation, demolition, excavation): <br /> Construction activities include site preparation, grading, water and sewer extension, paving, and <br /> shelter installation. <br /> Description of site drainage including flow from and onto adjacent properties. Must be <br /> consistent with Site Map in Appendix A: <br /> Sheet Flow Dispersion will be utilized for all hard surfaces. New impervious roof and gravel <br /> areas are anticipated to disperse across 10'+ of native vegetation adjacent to the new <br /> impervious surfaces. <br /> Description of final stabilization (example: extent of revegetation, paving, landscaping): <br /> Final stabilization of the project site will be conducted using BMPs listed in Section 2.0 of this <br /> report. All landscaped areas will be underlain with BMP T5.13 soil mixtures in the developed <br /> condition. <br /> Contaminated Site Information <br /> Proposed activities regarding contaminated soils or groundwater (example: on-site <br /> treatment system, authorized sanitary sewer discharge): <br /> No known contaminated soils or groundwater are present of site. <br /> 6 <br />
