The documents include a building permit <br /> application, site plan,cross section&elevation plans,as well as wall stability calculations for the <br /> as built retaining wall. Our evaluation of the retaining wall is provided below. <br /> SITE CONDITIONS <br /> On February 25, 2023, a geologist from our film,visited the site to perform a visual evaluation <br /> of the retaining wall located near the western limit of the subject property. Our evaluation <br /> included measurement of the retaining wall's dimensions,measurement and identification of the <br /> segmental concrete blocks used to construct the retaining wall,measurement of the slopes in <br /> front of and behind the retaining wall,and measurement of the distances from the retaining wall <br /> to the existing residence at the subject and adjacent properties. The results of our evaluation are <br /> illustrated on the attached Plate I —Site Plan. <br /> SEGMENTAL CONCRETE BLOCK RETAINING WALL <br /> The retaining wall consists of a single tier of segmental concrete blocks that are oriented <br /> approximately parallel to the subject property's western limit. The retaining wall is located <br /> approximately 15.0 feet west of the existing residence at the subject property, and approximately <br /> 10.0 feet east of the existing residence at the adjacent property.The face of the retaining wall's <br />
