I'm assuming the one that EGM purchased is going to the Gospel Mission, and the one
purchased by Everett will go to the new site?
Ben
Ben Simons
Pallet E:beniamin@palletshelter.com
P:(425)595-4544
©©®O
From: Benjamin Simons<beniamin@palletshelter.com>
Sent: Wednesday,January 12, 2022 2:56 PM
To: 'Grant Moen' <G Moen @everettwa.gov>; Stephen Jones<stephen@palletshelter.com>
Cc: 'Julie Willie' <JWillie@everettwa.gov>
Subject: RE: Everett EGM Pallet Site Plan
Hi Grant—I've put together a folder that contains the drawings, structural specs, and electrical diagrams
that we discussed. You can access it here— Everett I Pallet Infrastructure.
As mentioned in our call, for the 400sgft unit you could choose to upgrade to two 4,500 watt heaters
instead of the 1,500 watt heaters that is standard (the 400sgft unit will come with two electrical kits).
Both of those wiring diagrams are in the folder. Using those diagrams, you'll see the required amperage
to power the heaters, light, and run a few small appliances, but as you'll be able to see,you could push
more amperage to each one if you want to plug more items in, or you could even add an additional
breaker. The other option would be that we don't provide heaters and y'all install a mini split into the
unit and we add some insulation into the floor and seams.
Let me know if I've missed anything here and I can do my best to help out.
Ben
