The new impervious surface areas
located within the basin flowing east to surface drainage systems are detailed below:
• Roof Area: 1,488 square feet
• Paved Area: 360 square feet
• TOTAL= 1,848 square feet of replaced hard surface in the surface drainage basin
In addition to the 1,848 square feet of replaced hard surface there is 2,000 sf of grading and land
disturbance within the eastern drainage basin that flows to surface drainage systems. The site is entirely
fenced without any parking or vehicular traffic other than for emergency vehicles and maintenance
vehicles. Therefore all surfaces are non-pollution generating surfaces.
Since there is less than 2,000 square feet of replaced hard surface and under 7,000 square feet of land
disturbance within the eastern surface drainage basin the Everett Drainage Manual requires that
practices are in place to prevent erosion and discharge of sediment and other pollutants into receiving
waters. This will be achieved utilizing appropriate erosion control Best Management Practices.
E Page 2 of 2
