February 5, 2025 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />Council Member Tuohy also commented on meeting with Hope N Wellness and requested <br />additional information regarding Council Bill 2501-10. <br /> <br />President Schwab stated the final report for the Council retreat is almost ready. He stated the <br />Boulevard Bluffs neighborhood association is up and running again. He also commented on safety <br />at crosswalks. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson provided comments regarding crosswalk safety. <br />Parks Director Bob Leonard provided some clarification on Council Bill 2501-10. Discussion <br />ensued with Bob answering Council questions. <br /> <br />Jennifer also provided an update on the schedule for the Comprehensive Plan and provided an <br />overview of cold weather shelters and resources during inclement weather. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall had no comments. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8131 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$3,855,272.07 for the period ending January 18, 2025, through January 24, 2025. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – ELECTORNIC TRANSFER CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8132 authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett <br />the amount of $24,213,958.78 for the period ending December 1, 2024, through December 31, <br />2024. <br /> <br />PURCHASE - SCBA APPARATUS, AIR CYLINDERS, AND RELATED ACCESSORIES <br />
