The applicants are proposing to install a new 500 square-foot metal building for a <br /> vehicle washing facility and then route its runoff through an oil-water separator into an onsite sewer <br /> lateral. They'd also like to add some localized stormwater runoff from a 1,364 SQ FT area via two catch <br /> basins into that sewer lateral as well. Please let me know if you have any questions.
