The following are our responses to the structural items of this memo: <br /> Lateral System: <br /> 7a. Please see the attached revised detail 11/S801. <br /> 7b. To the best of my knowledge,there are no fasteners/screws that are applicable and appropriate for this <br /> application that are approved for seismic loading in unreinforced masonry. Detail 16/S801 has been <br /> revised to reflect a heavy-duty anchor and,the entire seismic load has been considered in the attachment <br /> to the wood structure,ignoring the brick. See revised details 16/S801 and 11/S801. <br /> 7c. Please see the response to item 7b above and the attached substantiating calculations. <br /> Additional Comments: <br /> 11.
