MR #2 Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention <br /> (SWPPP) <br /> All new development and redevelopment projects are responsible for preventing erosion and discharge of <br /> sediment and other pollutants into receiving waters. A Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> (Construction SWPPP) is designed to be a stand-alone document that addresses construction stormwater <br /> management concerns. A copy of this SWPPP is required to be kept by the contractor performing the work at <br /> the jobsite for reference and updated during the duration of construction. <br /> Task 1: Describe the project during construction <br /> (You may attach a narrative that answers the following questions) <br /> Nature and purpose of the construction project: <br /> li The intent of this project is to modify the existing Boeing 40-55 Building and rail yard to <br /> support the deliveries of 737 fuselages as part of the new 737 final assembly line. The <br /> improvements include rail track extension into the Rail Yard, retrofit the existing door, <br /> avaliiatinn of tha Rail Yard Iinhtinn maw track drain navamant ractnratinn and <br /> Adjacent areas,including streams,lakes,wetlands,residential areas,and roads that might be <br /> affected by the construction project: <br /> it The project site is located within the Boeing facility in Everett, Washington. Residential <br /> areas, lakes, and public roads will not affected by this construction project. <br /> How upstream drainage areas may affect the site: <br /> f+' Upstream drainage areas will continue to sheet flow from East to West and conveyed <br /> 1 by the new drains and existing catch basin near Building 40-55. <br /> fj <br /> Downstream drainage leading from the site to a receiving body of water: <br /> Site drainage is conveyed into the existing storm drain system where it is routed north <br /> into the upper basin located south of Seaway Blvd and enters the Powder Mill Gulch. <br /> The Powder Mill Gulch descends from the upper basin into the lower basin and down <br /> the marine bluff facing Port Gardner Bay. <br /> Critical areas that receive runoff from the site up to one-quarter mile away: <br /> There are no critical areas within one-quarter mile of the project site. <br /> Special requirements and provisions for working near or within critical areas: <br /> N/A <br /> City of Everett Public Works <br /> Small Project Stormwater Site Plan Report-Dec 2019 7 <br />
