Jason Taylor Email:jtaylor@mantisinnovation.com. The submittal package shall include, but is <br /> not limited, to the following documents: <br /> 1. Manufacturer's Product Data: <br /> a. Manufacturer's specifications and detail drawings covering roofing system materials <br /> and methods proposed. Where contents of the submitted literature from the <br /> manufacturer include data not pertinent to this project, contractor shall clearly indicate <br /> which portion of the document is being submitted for review. Said literature shall be <br /> incorporated into the agreement by this reference and submittal. <br /> b. Facsimile of the manufacturer's guarantee terms and conditions. The roof guarantee <br /> shall be approved in writing by the Owner and Owner's Representative prior to <br /> commencement of the work. <br /> c. Spec Data Sheets for all roofing materials proposed. <br /> d. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)for all products and consumables used on this <br /> project. <br /> e. Factory Mutual fastener pattern for rigid insulation, membrane, roof panels and <br /> secondary structural members, where applicable. <br /> f. Hydraulic Pull-out tests for the fasteners of all roof components shall be performed by <br /> the contractor and the results submitted to the roofing consultant for review. <br /> Fasteners shall meet the pull-out requirements stated in the manufacturer's Design <br /> Specifiers Manual. <br /> g. Samples (Upon Request): <br /> 1) Each type of membrane and flashing felt <br /> 2) Insulation boards and mechanical fasteners <br /> 3) Samples of pre-painted metal color chips <br /> 2. Fastener Pull Test Report <br /> 3. Moisture Survey Report <br /> 4. Shop Drawings: <br /> a. Submit shop drawings to the roofing consultant for approval of all details not <br /> specifically shown in the project manual and any recommended revisions. Shop <br /> drawing submittals shall include but are not limited to the following: <br /> 1) Standard manufacturers and non-standard approved details <br /> 2) Drawing shall be reviewed and approved by the manufacturer. <br /> 5. Certification Letters: <br /> a. Contractor Certification: The contractor shall submit manufacturer's written <br /> certification, one week prior to bid date that the installer is in "good standing" and has <br /> been regularly engaged in the installation of the type of roofing system specified of <br /> same or equal construction to system specified and is approved to install the <br /> guaranteed roofing system(s)specified. <br /> 6. Requests for Substitution: <br /> a. Contractor shall submit requests for substitution and corresponding manufacturer's <br /> literature prior to the issuance of the contract. Substitutions shall be specifically <br /> approved by the Roofing Consultant and Owner's representative in writing. Contractor <br /> should not assume that the words "or equal" or"equivalent" or"substitute" indicate <br /> prior approval of a substitution. <br /> 7. Construction Schedule: <br /> a. Contractor shall submit a proposed schedule of the work indicating the dates upon <br /> which various areas of the roof will be replaced. The schedule shall be reviewed and <br /> if necessary revised by the Owner's Representative so that interior areas and the <br /> Tenant's operation shall be least impacted by the roofing operation. <br /> b. The construction schedule shall include, but is not limited to, the timing for the <br /> following tasks or activities: <br /> 1) Project mobilization <br /> 2) Further submittals and required shop drawings <br /> SEA00511 / Prologis - SEA00511 01 3000 - 2 Administrative Requirements <br /> - FY24- Everett 1 - Capital <br /> Roofing Project <br />
