Manufacturer supplied walkpads will be installed as indicated on drawings. The walk pads <br /> shall be heat welded to the membrane after cleaning the membrane. <br /> 2. Walkways shall not be installed over flashings and field seams until the seams have been <br /> inspected by the roofing consultant or the manufacturer's technical field inspector. <br /> G. Pipe Supports: <br /> 1. Provide metal pipe supports 6' on center for conduits and pipes up to 3-3/4" diameter. <br /> Fabricate to meet minimum height requirements of pipes. For larger pipes, furnish and <br /> install supports with adjustable roller mechanism. <br /> 2. Clamp the conduit or pipe to the supports using metal straps, loosely fitted. Straps or <br /> clamps and fasteners shall be compatible with the type of pipe being used. <br /> 3.08 FIELD QUALITY CONTROL: <br /> A. Manufacturer's Field Service: Comply with Section 014000. Manufacturer's representative shall <br /> make a deck inspection prior to start of installation, provide intermittent inspections, and a final <br /> inspection to determine that the entire roof system has been installed according to <br /> manufacturer's specifications and approved details. <br /> B. Field Auditor: A qualified Roof Inspection Service will be retained by the owner to provide <br /> auditing of the roofing installation. <br /> 3.09 CLEANUP: <br /> A. The roofing contractor shall remove markings from finished surfaces. In areas where finished <br /> surfaces are soiled by work under this Section, consult manufacturer of surfaces for cleaning <br /> advice and conform to their instructions. All cost to be borne by the contractor. <br /> B.
