AGREEMENT – AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS GRANT To approve the Mayor’s acceptance of a grant from the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in the amount of $53,903 into the Fund for the Animals. AWARD – BID #2024-109 MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, AND OPERATING (MRO) PARTS To authorize the Award for Invitation for Bid #2024-109 Maintenance, Repair, and Operating (MRO) Parts to Iconix Waterworks, HR Fowler, Inc., Ferguson Enterprises, Core & Main, and Best Plumbing Specialties for one (1) year with four (4) one-year extension options. AGREEMENT AMENDED – KIWANIS PARK SPORT COURT REHABILITATION & ENHANCEMENTS To authorize the Mayor to sign an Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement with Snohomish County for $11,000 in 2025 REET 2 funding to renovate the basketball court into a multi-use sport court. CALL FOR BIDS – MAIN LIBRARY HVAC REPLACEMENT PROJECT To authorize the Call for Bids for the Main Library HVAC Replacement Project. AWARD – PARKS RESTROOMS RENOVATION PROJECT To authorize the Mayor to award the Construction Contract for the Parks Restrooms Renovation Project to Vander Veen Construction, Inc., in the amount of $848,647.80. AGREEMENT – EVERETT CHAMBER OF COMMERCE To approve the 2025 Services Agreement with the Greater Everett Chamber of Commerce in the amount of $290,000 with an optional one-year extension for an additional $240,000 at the City’s discretion. CALL FOR BIDS – SOUTH POLICE PRECINCT HVAC CONTROLS REPLACEMENT PROJECT To authorize the Call for Bids for the South Police Precinct HVAC Controls Replacement Project.
