STATEMENT OF WORK 1/28/2025 <br /> <br /> Dispute Resolution Center of Volunteers of America Western Washington <br /> Serving Snohomish, Skagit & Island Counties <br /> 2801 Lombard Ave. Everett, WA 98201 <br /> Toll Free: 800-280-4770 <br /> www.voaww.org/drc <br /> <br />STATEMENT OF WORK <br /> <br />For: City of Everett, WA <br /> <br /> <br /> A. Project Description <br /> The purpose of this project is to equip all City of Everett, WA (CoE) employees with <br />advanced communication and conflict management skills. Through a series of interrelated <br />training sessions, employees will develop the ability to resolve conflicts using de-escalation <br />techniques, enhance professional communication through emotional intelligence, and <br />develop skills related conflict resolution in the workplace. By the conclusion of these training <br />series, trust within the workplace will have been cultivated through a restorative, trauma- <br />informed approach, fostering a cohesive, productive, and harmonious work environment. <br /> B. Contractor, Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) Tasks and Responsibilities <br /> <br />1. Follow-up support for any on-going issues for 30 days past each course completion. <br />2. In-person Trainings will be up to 35 people max <br />3. Hybrid option included online through Zoom attendance limited to 20 people max. <br /> <br /> C. Facilities and Resources <br />1. Date and time of trainings will be TBD and require a minimum 30-day notice of <br />intend to host a training. <br /> <br />2. DRC will provide all training in-person at client’s chosen location – Legion Hall <br />located in American Legion Memorial Park or TBD as need. A minimum 30-day <br />notice of where to host a training is required prior to hosting a training. <br /> <br />3. DRC will provide an alternative training space at the DRC in Everett, WA if the <br />client’s location should become unavailable – up to 20 in-person attendance max. <br /> <br />4. DRC will provide all training materials, equipment needed for course development, <br />Hybrid Zoom option, live and hybrid trainers, and technology support by DRC staff <br />member. <br /> <br />5. Client to provide adequate Wi-Fi, projector and 80” or larger screen area within <br />clients chosen training location for all in-person presentations. <br /> <br />6. DRC to provide audio microphones and sound equipment if not included in the <br />client’s training location. <br />
